Enabling Bookings 2.0 for app users allows them to see the bookable assets their company has access to — parking spots, hot desks, meeting rooms and similar — and to make bookings directly in the mobile app.
The person will only see assets that exist for their company (and, where set, their site). Bookings made in PortalWX and in the app appear in the same list.
To turn this permission on or off for a specific user, go to People, open the user, open the Permissions tab and use the toggle under Mobile App Permissions. To make it available to a whole company, open the company's Permissions tab and use the toggle under Permissions for App users.
