Simply click on the guest or drag the guest to the middle column ‘Inside the building’.
Make sure you have all data correct according to the building process. (Eg. add a note, scan ID or change the guest name).
And click “Continue”
The host will get a notification on the mobile phone that their guest has just arrived at the reception.
This notification will also be sent to the email address that was filled in the Company setting for the Guestbook module.
