  1. No integration

    • Without a self-service kiosk:

      • Your guests go directly to the receptionist with an invitation 

      • Host/company receives a notification as soon as the guest is checked in

    • With self-service kiosk:

      • Your guests can self-check-in at the reception by scanning the QR code from the invitation email. They immediately appear in the Guestbook module.

      • Notification to the host/company.

      • If you are interested in a non-integrated self-registration service with a kiosk, contact our support team at support@sharryapp.com

  2. Integrated reception 

    • With self-service kiosk:

      • Your guests can self-check-in at the reception by scanning the QR code from the invitation email - this will activate the QR code.

      • They can continue on their journey by scanning the activated QR code at the turnstiles.

      • Notification to the host/company that the guest has arrived.

    • Without a self-service kiosk:

      • Your guests go directly to the receptionist with an invitation 

      • Host/company receives a notification as soon as the guest is checked in

    • Guests invited as trusted (VIP Guest) can enter the building directly through the turnstiles
