This article lists the PortalWX permissions of the Parking module and what each one lets an administrator do.
The Parking permission
Parking is the module permission for a parking administrator. It opens Operations ▸ Parking and shows parking spots, reservations and cars. Changing anything needs one of the sub-permissions below.
Sub-permissions

| Manage Parking history & Export | Export the parking log from PortalWX. Change the exit time when a car leaves. | Not suitable for company administrators – the parking log contains information about all companies. |
| Manage parking entry and exit | Operate the parking entrance – for security personnel responsible for the gate. | Not suitable for company administrators, for the same reason. |
| Manage parking spots | Change the settings of a spot – its characteristics and purpose. | |
| Manage parking reservations | Create and delete parking reservations in PortalWX. | |
| Manage Parking Violations | See and manage parking violations. |
Good to know
- Whether a company's people can use the parking, add a licence plate or reserve a spot from the mobile app is set under the company's Permissions for App users – Access Parking, Reserve Parking and Grant Parking Spot to Guests.
- Assigning a parking access role to a person automatically enables parking access in their app.
