This article lists the PortalWX permissions of the Service requests module and what each one lets an administrator do.
The Service Requests permission
Service Requests is the module permission. It opens Operations ▸ Service requests and already includes handling the requests – there is no separate read-only toggle. The Service requests module must be enabled for the building.
Sub-permissions

| Service Requests | Manage service requests: change their status, delegate them to someone, or reply to the person who reported them. | Module permission – required for the one below. |
| Create Service Requests | Add a new request directly in PortalWX. | Reporting from the mobile app is a separate app permission – Service Requests under Mobile App Permissions. |
