The Sites feature offers a powerful way to manage and target content, activities, and users across multiple geographic locations. With this tool, you can deliver highly localized management and communication, ensuring every user has access to relevant, site-specific information.

  • Sites sit at the top of the location hierarchy.
  • The site functions as a campus or a complex — it's a broad area that might encompass several pieces of land or properties located near each other. Each site is like a mini-universe for which management (within the same company) can be isolated.

  • A site manager can be granted control of only a given site across different aspects of the business.

  • It’s common for sites to have one building only.

Key Benefits:

  • Localized User Experience: Users are assigned a default base site based on their location but can easily switch between other sites where they are members. This allows for seamless access to site-specific content and activities.
  • Targeted Content Delivery: Administrators can assign or scope content, users, and activities to specific sites, ensuring that only relevant audiences receive site-specific updates.
  • Efficient Management: Only administrators belonging to a particular site can manage or view content scoped to that location, ensuring operational clarity and minimizing unnecessary complexity.
  • Enhanced Access Control: With precise targeting and scoping options, you can confidently control who manages and accesses different site-related information, improving security and accountability.
