In this user and authorization glossary article, you will find a detailed description of Sharry's main vocabulary.

  • Property manager: representative of the owner of the building

  • Facility manager: the person responsible for managing service requests and support services for the building and its people and mobile app users¨

  • Top-level company administrator / Workplace experience manager: top-level administrator who manages Sharry PortalWX 

  • Responsible person in the building: 

    • Property or Facility manager, who is physically in the building and can reply to Administrator’s issues

    • check whether everything is set properly in terms of HW, afterwards forward this issue to Sharry helpdesk, if relevant

    • contact information is mentioned in the Mobile app - About - Important phone numbers

  • Admin: a person who has the access for Administration

  • Tenant administrator: dedicated person operating in Administration with a control over his/her company only and has an access to Modules approved by a Property manager in the building

  • Security: security service in the building

  • Receptionist: receptionist can use Administration with limited access described by the Responsible person. Access mainly to the Guestbook module.

  • Canteen manager: Manager of the canteen (restaurants) in the building or nearby, who can add either lunch or a permanent menu. It’s displayed for mobile app users directly on the app's dashboard and on the lobby signage (if it’s connected to the SWP platform).

  • Special offer: commercial offers from Local services businesses and companies

  • User: an employee in the building with a mobile app account

  • Visitor: a person invited by an employee via mobile app or by Tenant administrator via Administration

Employee ID: GDPR friendly user identifier without personal data – used for 3rd party SW. Because of GDPR, we can display personal data only for Tenant administrators. Property and Facility managers see GDPR-friendly variants with Employee ID instead of personal data.
