First of all, to set up Service requests’ permissions: 

  1. Go to the TENANTS module, click on the company, and go to “Permissions”. 

  2. “Service Requests” must be enabled for a particular company so Administrators can view, manage, and solve all reports that are reported from their users. (If enabled, all Administrators in your company with the right to manage these maintenance requests will also receive a notification about new reports.)

  1. Scroll down to the “Permissions for App” section

  2. “Service requests” toggle must be enabled so its users can use this feature from the Mobile app.
