Did you know about the bell option in the guestbook?

You can turn on a ringing bell so that once a guest visits your building/office, your receptionist will know. Whenever the guest moves from Scheduled to ‘Checked In’ or to ‘Already left,’ your receptionist will know by hearing the short, pleasant sound of a bell.

To do so:

  1. Go to the ‘Operations’ module > Guestbook

  2. Click on the three dots next to Register Guest

  3. Click on the bell, and it will appear in color, which means it is on
