The main reception of the building is connected with both the Tenant's and the Subtenant’s reception. When your guest registers at the main reception, you will immediately see them on the dashboard of your Guestbook. If your invited guest scans his/her QR at the kiosk at the main reception, you will immediately be notified of your arrival.
If your Subtenant has their own reception, you can see their guests. However, their receptionists cannot see yours.
