You can easily add new service requests directly from the Administration.

  1. Click on the “Add new request” button on the right side of the screen

  1. Fill in the following fields:

    1. Author

    2. Request description - explain what has happened

    3. Where in the building - location of the issue

    4. Assign to the company - who is responsible for solving the issue

  1. You can also attach images or videos by clicking on the gray box at the bottom

  1. Create the request by clicking on the green “Create” button
