As part of the check-in process, visitors can optionally be required to agree to an agreement. This requirement is set at the building level.
Visitor agreements are currently supported on reception check-in & kiosk check-in. For VIP guests, agreements are currently not supported.
To add a new agreement, follow these steps:
Go to the OPERATIONS module and section Guestbook
Click on the three dots in the top right corner and on visitors agreement
- Fill in every information you need for the agreement to display and confirm by clicking on the “Save” button
