As part of the check-in process, visitors can optionally be required to agree to an agreement. This requirement is set at the building level.

Visitor agreements are currently supported on reception check-in & kiosk check-in. For VIP guests, agreements are currently not supported.

To add a new agreement, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the OPERATIONS module and section Guestbook

  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and on visitors agreement


  3. Fill in every information you need for the agreement to display and confirm by clicking on the “Save” button
