Do you need to preregister a guest? The guest will not receive an invitation but he/she will appear in the system (Guestbook module).
It is a helpful feature for guests without a known email address or if companies do not allow uninvited / from street visitors.
NOTE: To preregister a guest, you need the “Send guestpass” permission.
