When a guest arrives at the reception without an invitation - you can easily register him/her by clicking on the “Register guest” button.

Note: All Property Managers should have received a more detailed Guestbook Manuals with specified information to fit your building configuration. 

Go to the OPERATION tab - Guestbook module - Register Guest button 

  1. Click on the blue icon Register Guest



  2. You can Scan ID or Enter it Manually. By scanning the ID, the registration badge will be prefilled automatically, however, this function is optional.



  1. Fill in the Guest name.

  2. Select the Company.

    1. If the name of the employee (Host) is known then start typing it and choose from the list the name of the employee. Thanks to that, the host will get a notification that their guest has just arrived at the reception.

  3. Fill in the Keybadge if it is necessary.

  4. Click on the Register and Check-in button.
