The Booking 2.0 module facilitates the management of assets with support for many instances, such as parking lots or hotdesks, for both landlords and companies. It is a recommended way to manage parking spots, starting February 2026.
It allows you to reserve and see all shared workplace resources (hot desks, parking spots, meeting rooms) acrossboth web and mobile.
The system will also keep users updated with notifications, such as when their booking is about to end or when they have an upcoming reservation. It also proactively informs users to release their booking if they don't plan to use it.
It is also to be integrated with Sharry visitor module to support easy booking of parking spots for visitors.
Prerequisites for using Booking 2.0
- Your site/tenant has Bookings 2.0 enabled by an admin
- Parking module enabled; spots configured for your company/tenant
- You have permission to book parking; license plate details may be required
