Once you have permission from your company's administrator to use the parking, you can add your license plate to the App.

If you have multiple vehicles, you can always add additional license plates at any time.

IMPORTANT: Each user is allowed to have a maximum of 1 active license plate, which is the plate permitted to enter the garage. We recommend changing the active plate to the one you will be using before leaving your location to avoid delays at the parking entry.

To change your license plate, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your parking badge
  2. Swipe through the license plates until you find the one you wish to use
  3. Click on the pen icon, and select " Set as Active".

By completing these steps, the license plate will be changed, allowing you to start your journey to work without any concerns about the garage entry.


IMPORTANT NOTE: 1 user = 1 active license plate. If a license plate is deactivated, it is not permanently deleted and can be reactivated at a later time.
