Long-standing cars monitor how many cars are inside for more than 5 days according to the exits Sharry received.
COMPLEX UTILIZATION OVERVIEW
Here you will find all the information about how is the parking lot utilized. Utilization is based on all the cars that entered the parking lot even if their exit is missing.
VISITOR PARKING
How are visitor spots reserved and how do visitors comply with reservation windows? All percentages relative to full business hours (9am-5pm) spot capacity.
EMPLOYEE RESERVATIONS
How do parking reservations work in your parking? For more insights, click on the chart and drill to a whole new dashboard. Some data, such as unused reservations, is only available for solutions with specific hardware.
BILLABLE TIME
Billable time is the time that includes both the reserved yet unused time as well as the time cars actually spent in the parking lot. It is counted at the date of exit only for cars which have left the parking properly.
USER COMPLIANCE
This section describes how well users respect or do not respect parking reservations and assignments. Critical violations are severe 'Spot violations' (when a user parks on a spot from a different company) or 'Over-limit enters' (When a car that is told to leave actually parks inside - only for spot cameras and limit parking). Unused reservations are users who reserved a spot and did not use it.
MANAGEMENT COMPLIANCE
This section highlights parking management or parking technology issues (or potential issues) affecting operations of the Sharry parking module. Missed exits is a number of cars that entered but do not have a previous registered exit. This can be caused by tailgating, malfunctioning cameras or cars being let out by directly opening the gate without exit in Sharry and has significant effect on Sharry ability to utilize parking lot. You will even find missing exits with an actual exit time as exit is automatically assigned by Sharry when the car enters again. Long-standing cars is cars that are inside without exit for more than 5 days according to the exits Sharry received. It is essential to regularly out-park them in Sharry in order for parking to operate well.
