Have you happened to struggle with the badge access to get through the doors, turnstiles, or elevators? Physically damaged badges are perhaps the most common cause for dysfunction. However, if that is not your case, please check:
Access roles, if it’s the right one for particular user

Plastic badges
An access role is assigned to an employee.
A plastic badge is assigned to an employee in the system.
Mobile badges (mobile app)
Be sure to allow the app to use Bluetooth (iOS or older models of Android) or NFC (for Android) and Location Services set to “Always”. The mobile access will not work best if you disable these functions.
Users have the latest version from the App store (iOS) or Google play (Android).
The mobile app is running in the background or open (unless the "Always" location is enabled).
If you use Apple Wallet for iOS app, it will work automatically.
