Parking Violations

The "Parking Violations" feature is designed to enhance parking management by monitoring cars that park in places other than those recommended or assigned to them. This feature ensures efficient use of parking spaces, improves compliance with parking regulations, and reduces conflicts over parking spots. It is available only for buildings with integrated parking systems.

As an administrator, you can monitor violations in the PortalWX. To do this:

  1. Go to the Operations module and select Parking.

  2. Now select Parking Violations.



For better visibility, you can filter violations based on:

  • Active violations

  • Today's violations (you can additionally see the resolved time here)

  • This week (you can additionally see the resolved time here)

  • By the company

There are three types of violations:

  • Low: The car is parked in a spot other than the one recommended.

  • Medium: The car is parked in a different type of spot than recommended.

  • Critical: The car is parked in the spot of another company. In this case, the employee will be notified.
