In the Portal WX, users can access and manage their profile details. Here's a breakdown of the information and features available in the user profile:
User Profile:
- Check and edit your personal data such as name, surname, and email.
- Manage access photos, access roles, add a plastic badge, or allow generating a mobile badge.
- Parking Setup: Add parking access roles, manage license plates,
- Check sites, and select labels.
- NOTE: Profile settings such as user's company, employee ID, last active, and created cannot be changed. To change these permissions, the users must be deleted and created again.
Permissions:
Check the permissions you have in the Mobile App or Portal WX.
Change History:
Track any changes made to the user profile for transparency and record-keeping. Here you can see changes to access badges, permissions, profile pictures, license plates, and more.
