The car enters, the system checks it in, and then the user passes the card to another person who enters with it. At that moment, the system checks out the previous car and registers the new one as a previous car, so we don't know that a different car has entered because the license plate is associated with a specific badge (either a mobile device or a plastic card).
Cards must not be shared.
