This situation may occur when cars leave one after another, and the camera cannot capture the license plate quickly enough for it to be deregistered, resulting in the vehicle remaining in the parking system. Alternatively, if an employee uses an access badge, the license plate may not be read.
In such cases, we recommend conducting a physical check of the garage, for example, at the end of the day, and manually deregistering these cars in the portal.
