How does it work?
Tap on the “+” button (bottom of the screen)
Tap on “Send a guespass”
Simply invite a guest by completing a short form
The visitor doesn’t need to wait for formalities and you can wait for your guest as soon as they arrive at your company. It's intuitive, fast, comfortable and yet safe.
Send the guestpass to your guests and let them enjoy a great visitor experience.
Your guest will receive an email with a QR code and details about the meeting and the building.
Once the guest is checked-in, you will receive a notification that the guest has arrived (NOTE: Notifications have to be enabled for the app).
TIP: Invite guests via calendar
Use a special email invite.to.building-name@sharryapp.com! Just add this email as one of your guests when creating an event in your calendar (Outlook, Google Calendar), and we'll automatically send an invitation to all the guests that should attend the meeting.
TIP: Enable parking for the guest
Do you want to allow parking for your guests? When filling in the form, toggle on the “Allow parking for guests” button. The guest will receive an email with a link to insert his/her license plate which will be saved to the system.
