What can be edited in the asset's detail:
Display now in the app: If switched off, this asset will only be visible from the administration, not from the mobile app.
Name: edit the name of the asset by typing in the name
Location: Choose from the dropdown menu the correct location
Description: Give more details about the asset to the users
Who can make a reservation: Select the target group of users with permission to book this asset. Enable the asset for everyone (All users in the building) or for your company only
Booking author visibility: Decide if you want to display the reservation creator’s name beside the occupied time, for other app users within the same company.
Number of instances: Cannot be edited retrospectively
Asset availability: Set the opening hours
Time-slot length: Cannot be edited retrospectively
Open for booking: How many days in advance can users book the asset
Closed for booking and changes: Amount of time before the reservation starts, after which the user is enabled to change or cancel it.
Max booking duration: Set the number of minutes
Notify the following email: If there is a new reservation or change - an email will be sent to this address.
Preparation buffer (before) and Cleaning buffer (after): Set the number of minutes
Have showers that need 15 minutes of cleaning after use? No problem. Assets can now be configured to include before/after buffers prior to reservation.
Additional fields: This section allows you to ask the user for more information regarding the reservation. You can ask users to fill in more details about them or why they want to book the asset.
You can add more custom fields (e.g. text field, toggle, list box,...)
