If you need to revoke a mobile badge or need to find who holds the badge, click on the “Mobile badges” on the left side of the screen.
If you need to revoke a mobile badge:
Find the badge on the list or use the keyboard shortcut “Ctrl+F” on your keyboard and type in the search bar the badge number.
Click on the 3 dots on the right side of the screen and click on “Revoke”. The mobile badge will be deactivated.
Note: If you revoke a mobile badge, the user has to generate a new plastic badge in the app afterward (in case he/she wants to have mobile access again).
