Make sure you have followed our Sharry Kiosk installation guide and your iPad is ready for the kiosk settings. Please note that you can only use Apple iPad, the kiosk is not available on Android.

Steps to set up the kiosk:

  1. Download the app on your iPad by searching Sharry Kiosk in the AppStore.

  2. Scan the QR code from PortalWX in the section ”Guestbook”, click on the three dots in the top right corner, and select “Get QR code for kiosk”

  3. There are three options for how a Kiosk can be set up.

    1. Check-in

    2. Check-out

    3. Check-in and Check-out

    NOTE: In case you need to change the settings, you have to delete and reinstall the app, so please make sure you have selected the correct option.

  1. Log in by using the receptionist’s email.

  2. Verify your email by entering the verification code.
