If a visitor or car with an unrecognized license plate arrives you can let the car in manually:

  1. Add license plate: type in the license plate - if the visitor/employee has a reservation the license plate will appear (you need to type at least 2 symbols).

  2. Company: choose what company is the visitor going to

  3. Duration: for how long can the car use the parking

  4. Assigned spot: check if the assigned spot is free. You can click on “Find me another spot” to change the spot.

  5. Let a car in: complete the process

When EMPLOYEE arrives and the LPR or QR reader does not work, you can let the employee in manually:

  1. Add license plate: search for a license plate of the employee’s car

  2. Company: is automatically chosen

  3. Let a car in: complete the process

Important note: If the license plate does not show up when you start typing in the “Add license plate” box - you should not let the car in. It means the license plate is not in the system ie. prohibited car entry.

  • You can easily confirm exit of the car by clicking on the license plate or parking spot in the box on the right side of the screen
