1. To add a new tenant, go to the TENANTS module and click on the button ‘Add tenant’.

  1. Fill in the Tenants’ company name and insert their company logo (optional, but recommended)

  2. Add. You will be redirected to the Tenant’s company tab.

  3. Edit the company’s information.

    • Company visibility is at the bottom of the page. Decide whether the company should be visible in the app in "My Neighbors" by enabling the toggle.

 


  1. Create new Access roles for your tenants (important!).

    • Access roles that you or the tenant (if you entitle them) can assign to their employees. 

  2. Guestbook

    • Set up the reception(s) of the Tenant (Tenants can set up a reception by themselves afterward) 

    • Email that is used by your reception: we will send notifications to this email about a guest coming (if the guest's host is not in your system).'

  3. Permissions
    • Set up permissions for the company and its users
    • Some permissions may be restricted to the company depending on the system setup
    • You may edit the permissions for the company that haven't been restricted
    • Users - all users in the company will receive these permissions (you may edit individually for each user in their respective profile tab)
  4. Others

  5. Pre-approved user's email domains - employees with these email domains will be automatically approved to sign up for your company - THE MOST IMPORTANT SETTING.



  1. Service requests - By turning on the “Self-manage service requests” toggle, companies can manage Service requests from their users by themself. The property Manager can still see all Service requests; nonetheless, they will appear in the “Delegated” section. 


Elevators: after creating a new tenant, please reach out to your integrator or Sharry so the Elevator roles can be assigned to this new tenant.


IMPORTANT NOTE: By turning off the “Register and Check-In guests” toggle (see the picture below), Tenants will not be able to register guests at their own receptions. Therefore, their guests cannot skip the main reception. Check-in of the guests is carried out by the main reception in the lobby.
