To terminate a user, follow these steps:
Go to the PEOPLE Module and search for the employee through the search bar.
Drag your mouse cursor on this employee, click the three dots button on the right, and click on option Terminate.
The user will be terminated, and all Access/Permissions will be nulled for them. If the user has an assigned access badge, it will be returned to the pool.
The user will be deleted from the building’s Access System immediately after the termination.
The user will be deleted from the Administration in 180 days (however, BADGES will be deactivated immediately after the termination, as mentioned above)
NOTE: Contact our HelpDesk if you have terminated a user and need to create a new account with the same email address.
